Terms of Service for CoachLifeClub

These terms of service outline your rights and obligations when accessing offerings at CoachLifeClub.site (“CoachLifeClub”). By using our services, info products, or merchandise, you agree to these terms.

Use of any offering requires you to be at least 18 years of age.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for each offering are displayed at the time of booking or purchase. Payment must be completed before access is granted.

5. Coaching Services

Scheduled sessions may be held in person or online, as agreed. You must adhere to the schedule and provide notice for changes.

6. Info Products

Digital products are accessible immediately after payment. Materials are licensed for personal use only.

7. Merchandise

Physical items are shipped to the address provided at purchase. Delivery times may vary.

8. Reimbursement Policy

We aim for your satisfaction. Details follow for each offering:

8.1 Coaching Services

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the start time by contacting us via Contact Form. Fees for sessions that have concluded are not eligible for reimbursement. If you cancel more than 72 hours before, we will reimburse your payment minus an administrative fee. No reimbursements are granted for cancellations within 72 hours of the session.

8.2 Info Products

Access to digital materials is granted immediately after payment. Due to the digital nature, reimbursements are available only within 7 days of purchase and only if you have not accessed the materials. To request reimbursement, contact us via Contact Form. After 7 days or after materials have been accessed, reimbursements are not available.

8.3 Merchandise

You may send back unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must remain in their original condition. To initiate a send-back, contact us via Contact Form with your order details. Once received, we will issue a reimbursement to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Shipping fees are not reimbursed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on CoachLifeClub.site is owned by CoachLifeClub or its partners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect harm arising from your use of our offerings.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.
